Are there exceptions to the right of withdrawal?
Yes. Once you actively use AI-based premium services (e.g. AI content generation, citation tracker scans), the right of withdrawal expires for the credits consumed in those services (§ 356 (5) BGB). Unused credit balance remains fully refundable.
Who bears the cost of withdrawal?
Withdrawal is free. We refund the full amount paid for unused credits to the original payment method (Paddle card, PayPal). No fees, no shipping cost — Rankmio is a digital service.
When do I get my money back?
Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, via the same payment method you used. In practice the refund usually completes within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
