The Rankmio Content Studio is the module for AI-assisted content creation. It combines a brief system with 17 structural elements (H1, H2 Q&A, FAQ, how-to steps, tables, lists, author byline …), AI generation via a smart router (fast path for short pieces, multi-step for long articles), a TinyMCE-based editor with a live citability score and an integrated media pipeline (Pexels, YouTube CC, AI image via OpenAI/Imagen). The result: from brief definition to publish-ready HTML in a single workflow.
For each brief, structural elements are assembled in the desired order: H1, lead paragraph (TL;DR), author byline, H2 question and answer, lists, tables, FAQ block, how-to steps, citations, internal links, media slots. Each element has its own AI instructions, so the AI knows what it should deliver for each section. Briefs are either read-only standard templates or clonable custom briefs.
The smart router selects the appropriate generation model for each use case: Fast path (GPT-4.1-mini) for briefs under 1,000 words — fast and inexpensive. Multi-step (GPT-4.1) for longer briefs with section-by-section generation and a consistency check. Both use the persona service for brand voice and the project-specific brand context (documents from the Content Studio library).
While editing, the editor calculates the citability score (0–100) in real time on the basis of more than 33 checkpoints: H2 structure, completeness of Schema.org markup, entity variety, source density, question-and-answer logic. It is shown as a small score badge with click-through detail. This lets the editor see immediately whether changes are moving the score in the right direction — GEO optimisation becomes a live feedback loop.
Since 4 September 2026 the Content Studio can also narrate. Choosing “Story / Narrative” as the content goal replaces the outline with a treatment: premise, characters with a want and an obstacle, setting, conflict and scenes, each with the mandatory note of what changes in it. During writing, headings, FAQ, conclusion, reference list and call to action fall away. If a library document names its own chapters, numbers and titles are adopted verbatim. A workshop report with the first finished short story shows settings, treatment and result in full.
Example: A five-person content team uses the Content Studio: for each article a custom brief is cloned, the AI generates a raw article in 30 minutes, and the editor edits it in 1 hour including image research and a Schema.org check. After editing, the live citability score shows 84 — a good basis for AI citations. Previously (classic workflow): 6 hours per article without clear GEO optimisation. Output per editor doubles, and at the same time the citation rate of the new articles rises by 38 % compared with pre-Studio content.
